Seems to be listed as Emily in 1880-- could it have been a mixup with Emma? OR was Emma dead? Could Andrea Kirstine be somewhere else? Name is also very hard to read in 1870 census. Age is also illegible in 1870, so maybe she wasn't even with them, but someone unidentified was. _______ I think that I found Emily in the Indian Territory, in the 1900 census. Father was from Sweden, mother was from Denmark, her birth info was Feb. 1858, month right, year off by one. Immigration year was 1869. Choctaw Nation, Township 5, region 8 east Supervisor's district 73, enumeration district 183, sheet 10 Husband's name was Joseph S. Smith, born Oct 1858 in Mississippi, age at first marriage, 18, as was Emily. He was a farmer. Emily had given birth to 7 children, and 4 were alive. Children living with them then were Henry A born Nov 1884 in Arkansas., Nida M. born Dec 1891 in Texas and John E. born March 1895 in Texas. Father was a farmer.
People on Indian Territory list say that this was probably modern Bryan county. It might be modern day Pittsburgh county Cannot find either after 1900.

________
This is probably Fort McCulloch, which was township 5S 8E. Lookup for cemetery finds their graves, although a bit off on the birth date for Emily: Oak Grove Cemetery is located in Johnston County. The location you gave should be Township 5S Range 8E You can see where it is on this map: <http://www.rootsweb.com/~okgenweb/okprojects/bryan/bryan-matrix.html> It was probably the closest cemetery to where they lived.

Holmes Funeral Home Records at Heritage Library (not sure which town) served this cemetery, Oak Grove in Johnson county.

Both are "of Russellville" at their marriage. He seems to have the initials J. H. but H is a bit strange. She is Emily C. Anderson, which is a bit troubling. perhaps C is for christine. No parents' names are given. No town name given for the marriage. Minister's name was M. E. Hanks
